  • 12 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Anweisungen

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together flour and half of the sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
  4. Add cream of tartar and salt, then continue beating until soft peaks form.
  5. Gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold in flour mixture, vanilla, and almond extracts.
  7. Pour batter into an ungreased tube pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  9. Cool upside down on a wire rack.
  10. Remove from pan and serve with fresh berries.
