- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in buttermilk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create icing and drizzle over the cooled cake.
