- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)
Anweisungen
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in the dark chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Once firm, cut into squares or use a mold to shape the chocolates.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
