- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Anweisungen
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and egg, mixing well.
- Stir in sour cream until fully combined.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Place a spoonful of the crumb mixture in the bottom of each mini cheesecake cup.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
