- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Spread raspberry jam on half of the heart shapes.
- Add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of the jam.
- Cover with remaining heart shapes and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
