Zutaten

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Anweisungen
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Add minced garlic on top of the steaks.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add butter and rosemary to the pan during the last minute of cooking.
- In another pan, sauté asparagus and cherry tomatoes until tender.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the vegetables.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve steaks with vegetables on the side.
