Anweisungen
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon and asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Add lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, rinse quinoa and cook in vegetable broth according to package instructions.
- Fluff quinoa with a fork and serve with salmon and asparagus.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
